The Spanish civil guard finds a car with explosives

The Civil Guard found a vehicle, in the border between Portugal and the Spanish State, in whose interior was stored explosive material. The military institute attributes its property to ETA and assures to have found detonators, timers, a manual in Basque language for making bombs, and about 115 kilos of material to make explosives, like aluminium dust and ammonic nitrate, as well as documentation.

Police sources assured that the products found in the boot of the vehicle were in separated bags and without any type of activated initiation device, reason why discarded that the car "was destined to commit an attack". These sources shuffled the possibility that it was "a supplying mission".
